Requirements

Qualifications
Required
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
